John Stemel, President

With a degree in meteorology and additional training in physical oceanography
John has been a hands-on forecaster for 35 years, 25 years in California. He
founded Pacific Coast Forecasting in 1993 while serving as hydrologist for
Monterey County, where he ran the Alert system and cloud seeding programs
for 14 years. John's wife Vicki is the accounting and personnel specialist as
well as moral officer.
