                                                                    Before coming to pacific coast forecasting, Russ was superintendent of a large shop
                                                                        involved with complex reservoir operations and maintenance of equipment. He
                                                                             has   unusual technical abilities and attention to detail. Russ has gained vast
                                                                                  experience in maintenance and trouble shooting of all major ALERT
                                                                                       components.
