Art McDole, Technical Director

Art is the former director of communications for Monterey county where he
conceptualized and developed many new ideas, such as the first modern
phone system and the 911 program. He was a contributing pioneer on
the first Alert system anywhere, the Monterey County system. He
is widely considered the authority in all radio, frequency and
communications matters.
